The gamescom asia Trade Conference will be held from 20 – 21 October 2022, and the Trade Zone will be open to Trade Conference Delegates and Trade Visitors from 20 – 22 October 2022 at Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre, Singapore.

1. Access to the gamescom asia Trade Zone is strictly for industry professionals only. Registrations are subject to organiser’s approval and will be considered successful only upon receiving a confirmation email from the ticketshop. Please register with your corporate email account to avoid further verification steps.
2. You must be fully vaccinated or exempted from Vaccination-Differentiated SMMs (VDS) to attend gamescom asia.
3. You are required to present an Acceptable Document (i.e.: TraceTogether (TT) App/Token; HealthHub App; etc.) that confirms your Vaccination Status before entering the event venue. Unsuccessful verification will result in denied entry. 
4. Vaccinated travellers who are flying into Singapore to attend this show must be able to show a fully vaccinated status before being allowed into the venue. For more information, Click Here.
5. All registrations must be in English.
6. Email address must be unique for each user. If you have already registered, the system will not allow you to purchase additional pass(es) with the same email address. Please input a new email address to make a new purchase. 
7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend any part of the programme without giving prior notice should the need arise. 
8. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event or any part thereof without prior notice due to reasons beyond the Organiser’s control. 
9. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.  
10. Your Full Name and Company will appear on your badge onsite. Please ensure they are spelt correctly as badge re-printing onsite will incur a S$20 fee.
